About us

I’m Brooke, and I started Benchmark when I was 18. I skipped college to do it, which my family had opinions about.

I kept hearing how much research there was behind creatine monohydrate, and I believed it. My problem was actually taking it. I’d buy a tub, use it for a couple of weeks, and then it would sit in my cabinet next to the shaker bottle I didn’t feel like washing. From what I could tell, a lot of people had the same tub.

So I started working on a creatine I’d actually take every day. That turned into Benchmark Cola Creatine Gummies. You take four cola-bottle gummies and you’ve had your 5g of creatine monohydrate for the day. Each serving has zero sugar and 30 calories, and the gummies are vegan and gluten-free. One pouch has 120 gummies, which is 30 full servings. They’re made in a GMP-certified facility in the U.S.

Why we’re testing every batch

If you’ve looked into creatine gummies, you’ve probably seen the lab tests showing some brands had far less creatine than their labels said, and a few had almost none. That made me nervous as a buyer, and it made me more nervous as a founder.

Our first batch is going through third-party testing with Eurofins right now. When the results are back, we’ll post our COA and the full Eurofins report on our Lab Results page so anyone can read them. If our label says 5g, you should be able to check that yourself.

What we post

On Instagram we break down what’s in the pouch ingredient by ingredient, and we talk about the history and research behind creatine, including where it came from in 1832 and the myths that still follow it around. We also film a lot of videos in supplement aisles, some of which went better than others.

You can buy Benchmark at takebenchmark.com and on TikTok Shop. If you have a question, email me at mailto:hello@takebenchmark.com. I read them.
